Missions and Functions
• Manage the IT resources acquired by the General Directorate of Informatics and provide solutions and assistance to users of various systems, whether they are in-house or third-party systems that fall under their level 1 support.
• Ensure that records of acquisitions made by the General Directorate are kept up-to-date
• Monitor compliance with equipment warranties.
• Ensure that the incident and request log is responded to in a timely manner.
• Oversee the procurement of supplies and equipment for designated systems.
• Promote continuous training for staff in the areas under their responsibility to ensure satisfactory responses.
