Missions and Functions

• Maintain the director's daily schedule, providing continuous assistance in all matters related to the performance of their duties..

• Conduct inquiries with senior management to resolve issues and meet the needs of the personnel under their supervision..

• Oversee the budgets and investments from budget allocations intended for the functioning of the organization and the maintenance of facilities.

• Forward requests for human, financial, and material resources to the relevant departments.

• Approve documents for the director's signature.

• Participate in the processing of correspondence received by the Directorate in accordance with the orders, rules, and procedures provided.

• Participate in work meetings and collaborations with various Police Superintendencies and Governmental Agencies as directed by the director.

• Organize and safeguard all documents received by the Directorate, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory terms.

• Prepare reports concerning documents entrusted to their custody.

• Plan, supervise, and implement administrative activities within the General Directorate.

• Coordinate administrative procedures among different departments and sections within the General Directorate.

• Provide assistance and guidance to General Directorate personnel regarding administrative procedures.

• Process all notes and files entering the General Directorate.

• Take necessary actions to maintain and update records and control files for administrative management, as well as the status and physical location of files and notes.

• Compose notes and daily dispatch communications.

• Process the acquisition of services and IT equipment files, including follow-up.

• Organize, update, and supervise a register of permanent inventories for all movable property, materials, articles, and other supplies required for the proper functioning of various departments.

• Manage the corresponding Petty Cash funds and carry out the necessary reconciliations in accordance with current regulations.

• Handle travel expense and other compensation procedures related to the Subsecretary.

• Participate in the allocation of Co.Re.S. hours.

• Input and supervise the monthly Co.Re.S. time sheet for processing.

• Respond to various requests from the General Directorate.
